Steve is excited to be running alongside Martha McDevitt-Pugh for a second term as your DPCA leadership team.

It has been a privilege and honor for Steve to serve as the DPCA International Vice Chair these past two years. In this term, Martha and Steve have delivered on several critical objectives, with good governance, fiscal responsibility, leadership in the fight to retain our rights, and creating opportunities for people to engage, while overcoming a $60,000 deficit, raising $1,000,000, and getting out the vote in innovative ways.

He knows the window to make significant impacts to prepare Democrats Abroad to be battle-ready for the 2026 mid-term elections starts now. Steve is prepared to hit the ground running with a number of priorities to engage with members and connect with U.S. citizens living abroad whose rights are under attack.
